Production Process:
1.Raw Material Preparation: High-quality carbon steel plates are selected as the raw materials to ensure the strength and durability of the pipes.
2.Cutting and Forming: The carbon steel plates are cut and formed to create the initial shape of the pipes.
3.Pre-Bending and Forming: Through pre-bending and forming techniques, the plates are further shaped into circular or elliptical pipes.
4.Submerged Arc Welding: Longitudinal submerged arc welding is performed both internally and externally of the pipes. By heating and melting the contact surfaces using electric current and welding wire, a welded joint is formed.
5.Post-treatment: The welded joint undergoes cleaning, trimming, and slag removal processes to ensure a smooth surface and high-quality welds.
