On June 14, 2024, Shanghai Kaike Piping Technology Co., Ltd. welcomed a group of Russian clients to our manufacturing facility located in the Jinshan District of Shanghai. This visit allowed them to experience our state-of-the-art facilities and learn about our high standards in production and quality control.
During the tour, the visitors had the chance to explore Kaike's inspection labs, our large-scale manufacturing plants, prefabrication equipment, and the advanced heat treatment facility. They also visited our machining equipment, surface treatment plants, and MT/UT testing areas, all designed to meet the highest industry standards.
Thanks to the detailed guidance provided by our colleague Mr. Yu and engineer Mr. Xu, our customers were impressed by the scale of our manufacturing operations, where they saw traceable documentation and inspected our labs equipped with top-quality testing devices. This visit gave them a thorough understanding of Kaike's production capacity and the quality control measures in place to ensure top-notch products.
After the tour, we gathered in Kaike's conference room to discuss the technical details of their order-a special reducer with one round end and one oval end. We exchanged insights and reaffirmed our strong commitment to ongoing cooperation, particularly regarding their fittings and flanges. We also agreed to schedule a follow-up visit to Kaike's valve manufacturing facility.
